A couple of weeks ago when Tony was here we went raspberry picking. Hayley and her boyfriend were there along with my sister and her kids. It was a beautiful day with bright blue skies and a very warm sun. The raspberries weren’t in abundance like they usually were but we had a nice time chatting amongst one another as we walked down the rows looking for the reddest berries we could find. We treated ourselves to lounging around under a tree after we finished our picking.
This horse was also there. He was one of the friendliest horses I’ve ever met. Standing so proud and tall. He came right over as I neared the fence. Kept nudging his nose like a dog does when he wants to be petted. Of course I happily obliged. His coat was soft and and warm from the sun and it was very relaxing to just be there and pet him.
It was a very nice day…
